Overview

As Client Director at ServiceNow, you will manage strategic FSI accounts, aligning our SaaS platform with client goals to drive adoption, renewals, and annual recurring revenue growth. You will act as a trusted adviser to C-level stakeholders, leading cross-functional, virtual teams to deliver outcomes. You will shape global account strategies, develop roadmaps, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role offers impact at scale within a leading AI-enabled cloud platform, with opportunities to influence how large enterprises work.

Responsabilità

- Provide strategic leadership and partnership as the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, Professional Services) to develop solutions
- Oversee growth of global accounts and deployment of worldwide resources




- Build trust and multi-tiered relationships from project/IT teams to CxO level
- Develop roadmaps and capabilities to deliver outstanding customer experience
- Achieve financial targets including Licenses, Renewals, and Professional Services

Requisiti fondamentali

- 10+ years of client management with revenue opportunities
- 5+ years as a Client Director or equivalent with multi-million-dollar sales scope and executive relationship management
- Experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service or IT Operations Management within software or IT sales
- Experience exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
- Extensive background with large FSI companies
- Understanding of broad, macro-level IT needs for prospective clients
- Travel up to 50%
