Specifically, when you join the **Digital Finance Transformation** team in **Turin**, you will interact with top-tier professionals and clients, laying the foundations for your career in a collaborative and stimulating environment focused on individual growth and open to dialogue. You will work with expert colleagues that provide functional advice on corporate performance management systems, assisting clients in the analysis, review and design of processes supporting the CFO and the subsequent development of technological platforms. Specifically, you will be tasked with: * redefining **enterprise performance management strategies** for leading Italian and international companies, assisting the CFO redesign the performance model; * analysing and defining the new functional requirements of **budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning and product costing processes** and implementing innovative performance management solutions; * **designing IT solutions for finance and business processes** and providing support in the implementation stage,

The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the requirements of the role.
