Your tasks- Technical leader responsible for driving strategic broadband optical communication IC developments from concept through production while providing company-wide technical Leadership- Lead execution of complex multi-disciplinary IC programs- Drive technical decision-making across organizations- Establish program-level technical plans and risk mitigation- Interface with customers, partners and senior management- Align technology strategy with business objectives- Mentor project leaders and senior engineersWho we are looking for- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering- 15+ years semiconductor development experience- Proven technical leadership of multiple successful products- Broadband optical communication IC development across architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging,
