governing the scope of support services, and coordinating the resolution of critical incidents and emergency escalations to maintain system stability and business continuity. /lilibFoster technical and process innovation: /bidentifying and proposing solutions aligned with the latest trends in Data Engineering and Analytics to enhance overall delivery efficiency. /li /ulpbr/ppESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS /pullibEducational Background: /b Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related data-centric disciplines. (Minimum grade: 100/110). /lilibExperience: /b At least 1.5 years of proven experience in Project Management, IT Governance, Technical Team Leading, or similar roles within complex technology environments. /lilibCommunication Stakeholder Management: /bExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. /lilibMethodological Proficiency: /bSolid understanding of project management frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models. /lilibOperational Tooling: /bProficiency in project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Planner, ServiceNow, Confluence). /lilibAnalytical Mindset: /bStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to risk and issue management. /lilibTech-Driven Curiosity: /bGenuine interest in deepening technical knowledge and understanding complex IT ecosystems. /li /ulpbr/ppNICE TO HAVE /pullibDomain Expertise: /bProven experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Software Delivery projects. Exposure to the Banking Finance sector is considered a significant plus. /lilibCertifications: /b Professional Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PSM). /lilibTechnical Familiarity: /bBasic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and fundamental data processing/architecture concepts (e.g., ETL,

The compensation package will be determined based on your professional background, technical skills, expertise, and the level of responsibility associated with the role. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement (Metalmeccanico).
