About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Finance Intern to join our team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a luxury hospitality environment,
learning the fundamentals of hotel finance while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the Finance Department. Working alongside the Team, you will develop practical knowledge across General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Cashiering, while gaining exposure to corporate standards, financial controls, and local compliance procedures.

- Analytical mindset and good mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in using Excel.
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic and confidentiality.
- Team spirit.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English.

Schedule & Hours:
Tempo pieno (Monday - Friday).
This position is available from October 2026, for six months.
Successful candidates must hold legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
