The ideal candidate should have good hands-on experience with b Windows environments /b along with a basic understanding of b VMware/ESXi, server troubleshooting, data center operations, and cabling /b . /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Provide onsite b L2 IT support /b and basic troubleshooting for servers and IT infrastructure. /lili Troubleshoot b Windows-related issues /b and perform basic system checks. /lili Have basic knowledge of b VMware ESXi and VMware technologies /b . /lili Perform basic troubleshooting when a server or system is down, including checking connections and interfaces. /lili Perform basic b data center management /b activities. /lili Handle and track b network/server cabling /b and identify cable connections between equipment. /lili Assist with connecting and replacing network/server interfaces as required. /lili Perform basic hardware and connectivity troubleshooting.
