ensuring timely and effective solutions and a high level of customer satisfaction brAchieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling and customer relationship management brProactively develop the client book, identifying opportunities to attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing clients brContribute to the achievement of store objectives by working collaboratively with the team brMaintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique is always presented according to Missoni guidelines brEnsure the correct organization, replenishment and maintenance of products within the sales floor and stockroom brAccurately process all transactions, including the operation of the cash register brSupport daily boutique operations and contribute to creating an impeccable store environment brMinimum 3+ years of experiencein a Sales Associate role within fashion, luxury or premium retail brPassionate about fashion, luxury and customer experience brCustomer-oriented, with a strong ability to build genuine and lasting relationships brAdaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment brSales-driven, with a proactive approach and a strong orientation towards achieving results brFluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is considered a plus brPrevious experience in luxury/premium retail and an established clienteling mindset are considered a plus brxrdbqlu All employment decisions (including recruitment, hiring, promotion, compensation, transfer, training, discipline and termination) are based on the applicant’s or employee’s qualifications as they in line with requirements of the role under consideration.
