Your missions * Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders * Write and maintain functional and technical documentation * Manage and configure Dynamics 365 F&O; modules according to business needs * Coordinate and execute system testing and user acceptance testing * Support data migration and integration activities * Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O; * Train end users and prepare training materials * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Your profile * Experience as Business Analyst with Dynamics 365 F&O; (5–7 years) * Experience with configuration and operational management of Dynamics 365 F&O; * Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping * Experience with documentation and reporting toolsAcademic background: degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field * Italian and English fluent * You demonstrate strong analytical and problem‐solving skills * You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and hybrid teams What we offer * An international community bringing together 110+ different nationalities * An environment where trust has a central place: 70
