You will guide clients through our exclusive fragrance collections and ensure an exceptional level of service. /p pb Location: NEW OPENING - TORINO /b /ppb STARTING FROM: OCTOBER 2026 /b /ppb Employment Type: 1 Full-time /b /ppb Contract : Permanent/Fixed Tem Contract /b /p pb What You’ll Do /b /p pb Customer Experience Sales /b /pulli Welcome customers with elegance, representing the Brand /lili Guide clients through the Dr. Vranjes olfactory journey using storytelling and product expertise /lili Ensure an exceptional Client experience, placing the Client first and fostering valuable relationships /lili Proactively maximize cross-selling opportunities by leveraging the full range of products available in-store.
/lili Provide personalized recommendations and sensory experiences /lili Enhance brand loyalty by transforming every client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience /lili Handle requests and feedback professionally, aligned with luxury service standards /li /ul pb Sales Performance Business Development /b /pulli Achieve and exceed sales targets /lili Engage in clienteling activities to strengthen client connections /lili Support and participate to in-store events to boost visibility and sales /lili Collaborate with the team to monitor KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion rate…) /li /ul pb Boutique Operations Visual Merchandising /b /pulli Ensure impeccable visual standards and brand image in the store /lili Manage stock levels, product replenishment, and back-of-house organization /lili Execute all operational and stock management activities—including inventory, logistics, cash handling, and reporting—in strict accordance with company policies and head office guidelines. /li /ul pb What We’re Looking For /b /p pb Experience Skills /b /pulli At least 1–2 years of experience in high-end retail, preferably in Fragrance/ Beauty/ Luxury Retail Experience /lili Strong communication skills in Italian and English; other foreign language skills are a plus /lili Confidence in using digital tools and POS systems /li /ul pb Your Personality /b /pulli Elegant, proactive, empathetic, and service-oriented /lili High level of flexibility and ability to problem solve /lili A natural team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to details /lili Self-motivated, focused and able to use own initiative /lili Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business, including weekends and public holidays. xrdbqlu /li /ul pb Are you ready to craft unforgettable olfactory experiences with us? /b /pp Join us and bring your expertise to the world of Dr. Vranjes Firenze. /p /p /p
