It operates across Italy and Europe, delivering innovative, tailor-made products for enterprise environments. brWe are looking for a Firmware Developer to join the embedded systems team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining firmware for embedded devices, working across the full stack from low-level hardware interaction to user-facing interfaces. brThis role requires strong expertise in C++ , embedded Linux (Yocto), and experience building reliable, scalable firmware solutions. brFamiliarity with microcontroller platforms such as ST, ESP32, or NXP is highly desirable. brDesign, develop, and maintain embedded firmware using C++brCustomize and manage embedded Linux distributions using Yocto brDevelop scripts and tools using Python for automation, testing, and integration brBuild and maintain UI components using Qt where applicable brDebug and optimize system performance, memory usage,
and power consumption brCollaborate with hardware engineers and cross-functional teams brWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code br3+ years of experience in embedded firmware development br~ Strong proficiency in C++ (modern standards preferred)br~ Hands-on experience with Yocto Project and embedded Linux systems br~ Solid experience with Python br~ Experience developing applications with Qt (Qt/QML is a plus)br~ Good understanding of embedded systems architecture and constraints br~ Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Familiarity xrdbqlu with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, etc.)br~ Experience with version control systems (Git)brbrExperience with microcontroller platforms: Knowledge of bootloaders, BSPs, and device tree configuration brExperience with CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems brFamiliarity with RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS)brLocation : Genova o Bologna prov (max 1 day per week of remote working).
