Dato l'elevato interesse per questa posizione, la preghiamo di candidarsi tempestivamente se il suo profilo è in linea con il ruolo. brOur client is an international manufacturing company operating in the metalworking industry , specializing in the production of high-precision mechanical components for global markets. brTo strengthen its Italian manufacturing plant based in Padua (approximately 200 employees ), we are looking for an experienced HR Manager . brReporting functionally to the Group HR Director and partnering closely with the Plant Manager and the local Leadership Team, the HR Manager will lead all Human Resources activities at site level, ensuring alignment between business objectives and Group HR strategy. Managing a team of two HR professionals, the successful candidate will act as the key HR reference for the plant, combining strategic vision with a strong operational mindset. brLead and oversee all HR activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Group policies and local regulations. brAct as a strategic business partner to the Plant Manager and the Leadership Team, supporting organizational development and business performance. brLead, coach and develop the local HR team. brDrive workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession planning and employee development initiatives. brPromote employee engagement and support change management projects. brManage compensation and benefits processes in alignment with corporate guidelines. brPrepare and monitor HR budgets, forecasts and cost controlling activities, providing regular reporting and KPI analysis. brManage industrial relations,



maintaining constructive relationships with trade unions and employee representatives. brSupport organizational design and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment. brEnsure HR processes are efficient, compliant and aligned with business priorities. brCollaborate closely with the Group HR function on international HR projects and initiatives. brBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related field. br~7–10 years of experience as an HR Manager within a structured manufacturing environment. br~ Strong knowledge of the full HR lifecycle and modern HR practices. br~ Proven experience in industrial relations and collective bargaining with trade unions. br~ Solid experience in HR budgeting, cost controlling, forecasting and HR analytics . br~ Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions. br~ Excellent analytical and reporting skills with confidence in managing HR KPIs. br~ Professional proficiency in English (minimum CEFR C1 preferred), both written and spoken. br~ Strong knowledge of Italian labour law and HR best practices. brbrLeadership and people management capabilities. brExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. brHigh level of credibility and ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels. brFlexibility, adaptability and strong organizational skills. brCompensation package and employment terms will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. brExpected RAL: € 6 brThis vacancy is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with applicable equal opportunity legislation.
