Overview

As Global Marketing Specialist, you will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across functions at Gucci. You will help consolidate data, track budgets, and prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making. You work closely with Merchandising, Retail, and Communications to ensure cohesive campaigns and accurate information flow. The role offers exposure to market analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional storytelling within a world-renowned luxury house. This is an opportunity to shape marketing operations at scale and contribute to Gucci’s global brand strategy.

Responsabilità

- Support reporting activities, budget tracking, and consolidation of information from multiple departments
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and marketing tools for internal and external stakeholders




- Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives and special projects
- Conduct market and competitor research and prepare summary analyses
- Manage and update databases, trackers, and project documentation for accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Retail, and Communication
- Provide general operational support to prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment

Requisiti fondamentali

- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Merchandising, Business Analysis or related functions
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, flexible and collaborative attitude
- Fluent English
