In bocca al lupo!brp Tecnimont is looking for a b Construction Engineering Manager /b to join the b Construction Engineering Management /b Function. /ppb Key Activities Responsibilities /b /pulli Lead and coordinate Construction Engineering activities for assigned projects; /lili Manage and supervise Construction Engineers during both Home Office and site execution phases; /lili Review engineering deliverables and Work Requisitions related to construction activities, ensuring construction requirements are properly addressed; /lili Prepare and coordinate construction management documentation and technical requirements to be included in construction subcontracts; /lili Support the definition and evaluation of construction strategies, execution methodologies, temporary construction facilities and heavy lifting activities; /lili Contribute to the preparation and review of Construction Technical Bid Evaluations and support subcontractor bid analysis and selection activities; /lili Ensure the application of Company construction methodologies, constructability principles and lessons learned across all project phases; /lili Provide technical support to Site Managers for the preparation of Construction Execution Plans and project execution strategies; /lili Support Project Control in the development of construction schedules, planning methodologies and construction manpower estimates; /lili Interface with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HSE,
Quality and Project Control teams to ensure project objectives are achieved; /lili Ensure effective coordination between Home Office and Site organizations, identifying project requirements and supporting execution needs; /lili Promote continuous improvement initiatives and maintain awareness of industry best practices, methodologies and emerging construction technologies. /li /ulpb Requirements Skills /b /pulli Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related Engineering disciplines; /lili At least 7 years of experience in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Project Engineering or related roles within international EPC projects; /lili Proven experience in multidisciplinary industrial projects, preferably within the Oil Gas, Petrochemical, Energy or Infrastructure sectors; /lili Strong understanding of construction planning, constructability, project execution methodologies and construction subcontracting processes; /lili Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and stakeholders in complex project environments; /lili Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills; /lili Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; /lili Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project execution tools; /lili Availability for international business trips and temporary assignments abroad according to project requirements. /li /ulp The following will be considered a plus: /pulli Site construction experience on international projects; /lili Knowledge of construction planning and project control tools; /lili Experience in contractor management and subcontract administration activities; /lili Additional foreign language(s). /li /ulpb Contract Type and Classification /b /pulli Contract type: Permanent /lili Applicable collective agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical (identification code B011)
