For this reason, we are actively seeking highly motivated Digital Monitoring Agents to join our global team to improve our processes and continuously ensure we deliver quality services. /p pb Responsibilities /b /pp Monitor roadside assistance requests through our digital flow, intervening through outbound calls when necessary: /p ulli Dispatch the appropriate service (tow trucks, taxis, replacement vehicles, etc.).
