As HR Controller you align people-related costs with finance, enabling strategic decision-making. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for HR operations, collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy. Your analytical rigor and cross-functional partnership will support senior leadership in managing workforce costs. Responsabilità

- Perform people cost analysis and provide insights on FTE/HC evolution for leadership decisions
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly closings of People Cost packages with data validation
- Lead and support HR cost budgeting and forecasting aligned with business objectives
- Identify and implement HR cost-saving initiatives and monitor spending against targets




- Conduct ad hoc analyses and develop business cases for HR initiatives
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance Controllers, and stakeholders to ensure transparency

Requisiti fondamentali

- Minimum 3–4 years in Controlling, FP&A;, or similar roles, preferably international
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in SAP, Workday, Excel, Power BI
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and solid business acumen
