and Plant Management teams to understand requirements and support business priorities. /lili Coordinate procurement activities to ensure alignment with budgets, project timelines, and operational needs. /lili Act as the key interface between internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring service continuity and issue resolution. /li /ulpb Cost Management Performance Improvement /b /pulli Support budgeting, forecasting, and spend management activities for the assigned categories. /lili Identify savings opportunities through spend analysis, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives. /lili Contribute to achieving annual savings and cost avoidance targets. /li /ulpb Supplier Contract Management /b /pulli Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, monitoring performance through KPIs and SLAs. /lili Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and reviews to drive continuous improvement and mitigate risks. /lili Negotiate, manage, and monitor contracts and framework agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, sustainability standards, and HSE regulations. /li /ulpb Reporting Procurement Excellence /b /pulli Prepare procurement reports, savings tracking, spend analyses, and supplier performance dashboards. /lili Support procurement transformation, digitalization, and process standardization initiatives. /lili Promote best practices in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and category management. /li /ul pb REQUIRED SKILLS: /b /p ulli Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,
