Overview
In this client-facing consulting role, you partner with project managers to translate complex financial data into actionable insights, supporting informed decisions across international REACH Consortia. You will blend financial expertise with advisory skills to drive transparency, risk assessment, and value creation in multi-stakeholder projects. You will work across finance, client advisory, and regulatory domains, contributing to enhanced tools and ways of working. This role offers exposure to high-value, confidential consortia projects and a meaningful impact on client outcomes and governance.
Responsabilità
- Monitor projects monthly for accurate financial recording, proper time allocation, and budget coverage
- Ensure data integrity in reporting systems and support transitions to enhanced digital tools
- Review and validate outputs before external communication
- Translate consortium financial history and current position into clear, structured reports for governance and transparency
- Lead high-quality financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze project performance and provide insights and actionable recommendations
- Explain variances and work with project managers on corrective actions
- Support forward-looking budgeting, risk assessment, and financial performance for decision-making
- Bridge finance and non-finance stakeholders to simplify complex topics
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in project controlling, financial analysis, or business analysis
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights to non-finance audiences
- Strong stakeholder management across teams and geographies
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment
- Proactive, curious, solution-oriented
- Strong interest in process improvement and value creation
- Advanced Excel skills (essential)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
