Business unitSupply ChainSediItalia/Lombardia/MilanoFor a pharmaceutical manufacturing site, we are looking for:Supply Chain ManagerThe role will oversee Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Supply and Logistics, ensuring business continuity, efficient material flows and high service levels within a regulated manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, balancing demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory levels and material availability.Oversee purchasing activities, ensuring continuity and timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials and services required by the site.Manage warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows and logistics activities.Optimize inventory levels, monitoring stock coverage, slow-moving materials and obsolescence.Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Commercial functions to ensure an integrated and efficient supply chain.Monitor Supply Chain KPIs, service levels,
costs and operational performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Lead and develop the team, fostering accountability, collaboration and a strong results-oriented mindset.ProfileDegree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.Solid experience in Supply Chain within manufacturing environments, ideally in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or other highly regulated industries.Strong knowledge of planning, site purchasing, warehouse and logistics processes.Previous experience in managing and developing teams.Good understanding of inventory management, production planning and material flow optimization.Good knowledge of SAPFluent or professional working proficiency in English.
Salary range: 70-80K Location: Milan area
