Overview
As Partner Program Manager at OVHcloud, you will build, activate, and scale a strategic partner ecosystem to generate measurable pipeline and sustainable revenue. You will collaborate with Sales, GTM, and partners to drive co-selling and enablement while shaping the partner program. You will onboard high-potential partners, enable them with training and joint business plans, and monitor performance to maximize impact. This role offers the chance to influence OVHcloud's market share through data-driven partner strategies.

Responsabilità
- Partner Acquisition: recruit and onboard high-potential partners (VARs, SIs, MSPs, Consultancies) aligned with cluster priorities
- Partner Enablement: train and certify partners; define joint Business Development Plans and go-to-market strategies
- Pipeline & Revenue Growth:
drive co-selling and joint account planning to boost partner-driven opportunities
- Performance Management: monitor KPIs, run QBRs, and scale top partners while re-engaging or pivoting others
- GTM & Ecosystem Activation: lead co-marketing campaigns and enablement events; bridge OVHcloud sales with partner ecosystem
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in Partnership, Channel, or Sales roles in IT (Cloud, Hosting, VARs, SIs, MSPs)
- Proven revenue generation through partner channels with execution focus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and strong understanding of the Cloud market
- Fluent in Italian and professional English
- Proactive, hands-on attitude in a fast-paced environment with ownership
