In this role, you bridge business needs and technology within BYD’s Milan office, driving improvements across CRM, ERP, and related systems. You work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical solutions, lead UAT, and support deployment and ongoing system administration. Your work accelerates data-driven decisions and process optimization in a global, fast-growing EV and new energy environment. Responsabilità
- Partner with stakeholders to map processes, pain points, and requirements within the assigned domain
- Gather, analyze, document, and align business needs with system capabilities
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams to design and implement solutions
- Validate solutions against requirements, operations, and user expectations
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate validation activities for deployment
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and automation opportunities
- Create and maintain process documentation, manuals, and training materials
- Provide functional support, training, and ongoing administration for key business applications
- Manage and support CRM, digital marketing platforms, dealer systems, API integrations, and related apps
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–7 years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, WMS, customer service, supply chain, or related systems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and capacity to drive improvement
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and validation
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data models, and enterprise architectures
- Basic Python scripting for data analysis and automation is a plus
- English fluency and local language; Chinese is advantageous
- Experience in automotive industry is preferred
