pOur client is an binternational biotechnology company focused on the development of innovative oncology therapies /b, currently strengthening its direct presence in the Italian market. /ppAs part of this expansion, we are looking for b2 experienced Oncology Key Account Managers /b who will contribute to the launch and development of a highly innovative oncology portfolio, with a particular focus on bsolid tumors and gynecologic oncology /b. /ppbr/ppbTerritories /b /pullibNorth West /b /lilibCentral North East /b /li /ulpbr/ppbThe Role /b /ppThe Oncology Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing the Company’s presence across the assigned territory, building strong relationships with hospitals, cancer centers, academic institutions and key oncology stakeholders. /ppThe role combines bstrategic account management, scientific engagement, commercial excellence and regional/local market access /b, supporting product adoption and optimal patient access. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliDevelop and execute the territory business plan, identifying priorities, opportunities and key accounts. /liliBuild strong relationships with oncologists, KOLs, multidisciplinary teams and relevant decision-makers. /liliDrive product adoption and support the launch of innovative oncology treatments. /liliDevelop a deep understanding of the territory, competitive landscape and patient pathways. /liliWork cross-functionally with Medical Affairs,
Marketing and Market Access. /liliIdentify and address barriers to patient access at regional and hospital level. /liliEngage with hospital pharmacists, payers, procurement teams and stakeholders involved in local access decisions. /liliSupport product inclusion in hospital formularies, therapeutic pathways and local protocols. /liliManage territory activities and resources in line with company policies and applicable regulations. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliMinimum b5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience /b, including at least b3 years in oncology /b. /liliStrong experience within the bsolid tumor market /b; experience in bgynecologic oncology and/or ADCs /b will be considered a strong asset. /liliPrevious experience in the blaunch of innovative oncology products /b. /liliProven ability to manage complex accounts and build relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders. /liliGood understanding of the Italian oncology environment and regional access dynamics. /liliStrong scientific acumen combined with commercial and strategic capabilities. /liliEntrepreneurial mindset, flexibility and ability to operate in a dynamic and evolving organization. /liliGood communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills. /lilibEnglish proficiency is considered a plus. /b /liliAvailability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. /li /ulpbr/p
