p We are looking for an b Environment, Health, Safety Security (EHSS) Specialist /b , qualified to act as b RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) /b , to join our Team. p Se le sue competenze, la sua esperienza e le sue qualifiche corrispondono a quelle descritte in questa panoramica, non ritardi l'invio della sua candidatura. brp In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a strong health, safety, environmental and security culture across the organization while ensuring full compliance with applicable legislation, company policies and management system standards. /pp You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our EHSS management system and support operational activities both at company premises and project sites. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /p pb EHSS Specialist: /b /pulli Promote a strong EHSS culture across the organization by raising awareness of health, safety and environmental issues and encouraging sustainable and responsible behaviours. /lili Coordinate and maintain the company's EHSS training programme, ensuring mandatory training is planned, delivered and properly recorded in collaboration with external providers where required. /lili Identify, assess and monitor EHSS risks, implementing preventive and corrective measures to eliminate hazards or reduce risks to an acceptable level. /lili Ensure employees, contractors and subcontractors are provided with and correctly use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), managing its procurement and distribution within the approved budget. /lili Support the investigation of workplace accidents,



near misses and EHSS non-conformities through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence. /lili Conduct site visits and inspections in Italy and abroad, when required, to verify compliance with EHSS regulations and company standards. /lili Support the Qauality Specialist in reviewing contractor safety documentation (e.g. DUVRI, POS and Safety Plans) and liaise with suppliers, contractors and project teams to ensure regulatory compliance. /lili Support the preparation of EHSS documentation requested by customers, authorities and other stakeholders. /lili Coordinate the maintenance of company facilities, technical systems, utilities and safety-related infrastructure, working closely with external suppliers. /lili Support the management of the company vehicle fleet, including vehicle allocation, maintenance and servicing. /lili Support internal EHSS audits, workplace accident management and ensure the proper segregation and disposal of waste in compliance with environmental regulations. /li /ul pb RSPP Responsibilities /b /pulli Coordinate and oversee all occupational health and safety prevention and protection activities in accordance with Italian legislation, ensuring continuous improvement of the company's Health Safety performance. /lili Prepare,



update and maintain the b Risk Assessment Document (DVR – Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi). /b /lili Develop and implement occupational health and safety information and training programmes tailored to company operations. /lili Advise management on health and safety compliance and preventive measures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company objectives. /lili Cooperate with the Employer, Occupational Physician, Workers' Safety Representatives (RLS) and all relevant stakeholders in implementing the company's health and safety management system. /li /ul pb Requirements /b /p ulli Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Prevention Techniques in Working and Living Environments, or a related discipline. /lili Qualification as b RSPP /b , including completion of b Module C /b , in accordance with the Italian State-Regions Agreement of 7 July 2016. /lili Qualification as a Health Safety Trainer in accordance with the Italian Ministerial Decree of 6 March 2013. /lili At least 2 years of experience in a similar EHSS/HSE role. /lili Good knowledge of Italian occupational health safety legislation (Legislative Decree 81/2008) and environmental legislation (Legislative Decree 152/2006), as subsequently amended. /lili Knowledge of management systems and international standards, including b ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. /b /lili Good command of Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of EHSS management software is considered an advantage. xrdbqlu /lili Good English language skills, both written and spoken. /li /ul p Salary range: € 30.000-€ 37.000 gross per year /p /p /p
