Legga i dettagli completi qui sotto e invii la sua candidatura oggi stesso.50,000 Euros + premio + benefits | Ref: 22945A leading international private equity firm is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join its Milan office, supporting senior members of the Investment team.This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing PA with experience in financial or professional services to join a fast-paced, collaborative and international environment.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to senior Investment professionals, including:

- Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating complex international travel, including flights, rail, hotels, cars and detailed itineraries
- Organising internal and external meetings, venues and catering




- Preparing and managing monthly expenses using Concur
- Managing calls, messages, post and email, identifying and prioritising urgent matters
- Providing PA cover and detailed handovers when required
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods and deal activity

The skills you'll need to bring:

- PA/EA experience ideally xysqume in financial/professional services
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Advanced MS Office
- Energy and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
