MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES :
As part of the Product Development Team within Acqua di Parma HQ,
the key responsibilities are:
- Support in the creation and management of purchase orders, including budget tracking, service order follow-up and alignment with internal processes.
- Support the team in the preparation of presentationsfor international meetings, shootings, brand events and other daily activities.
- Operational support in Packaging development, coordinating sample requests with suppliers
- Operational support in cosmetic formula development,coordinating sample requests with suppliers for tests and registrations, and uploading related documentation in the LVMH system. xrdbqlu
- Monthly Sell-In and Sell-Out performance analysisof Colonia & Blu Mediterraneo product lines to support strategic insights and follow up of new launches of the above lines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering (or related disciplines)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent organizational skills
- Proactive mindset, analytical approach and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage parallel projects with agility and ownership
- Passion for Beauty, Lifestyle and Luxury goods
- Previous experience or knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus
