About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, strategic and entrepreneurial Commercial Director to lead the next phase of growth for our luxury fashion business.
The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company's overall commercial strategy, with a particular focus on profitable growth, international expansion and the development of the brand's retail footprint through new boutiques, shop-in-shops and strategic retail partnerships.
The role will connect all commercial activities across Wholesale, E-commerce, Retail and Merchandising, ensuring that the different channels work together as one coherent commercial strategy.
Working closely with the CEO, Finance, Creative, Merchandising, Marketing and Operations teams, the Commercial Director will be responsible for translating the strength and desirability of the brand into sustainable commercial growth, while protecting its luxury positioning and long-term brand equity.
This is a senior leadership role for an individual who combines commercial acumen, strategic thinking,
financial discipline, strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of luxury fashion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and implement the company's overall commercial strategy in line with the brand's vision and long-term objectives.
- Define annual and multi-year revenue, margin and profitability targets.
- Establish commercial priorities by market, channel, category and customer segment.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and develop structured business cases to assess their potential.
- Build a sustainable growth strategy that balances revenue, profitability and brand equity.
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team on the company's long-term business strategy.
2. Retail Development & Expansion
A key responsibility of the Commercial Director will be to develop and significantly grow the company's retail activity and physical p
