The Role
Location: Milan / Hybrid
We are looking for someone with the drive to prospect relentlessly, the curiosity to understand a transformative product, and the discipline to run a structured outbound motion every day. Experience matters less than attitude and motivation. What we need is someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and wants to grow into a closing role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Prospecting
- Pipeline Generation: Identify and engage target accounts within defined ICPs through cold outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Sequencing & Messaging: Build and iterate on outbound sequences. Test subject lines, hooks, and angles. Double down on what works.
