DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
You will join the Human Resources team, supporting the Plant HR Manager, in managing the whole employee life cycle.
YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
You will collaborate with your tutor in supporting all HR related activities in the factory in particular:
· Training Management,
· Involvement in full life cycle recruitment;
· Personnel administration,
· Support in data driven analysis of the various HR specific topics.
WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION
· Degree in humanities or economic disciplines,
· Good relational and communication skills,
· Proactivity, curiosity & learning mindset,
· Good knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on results,
· Fluent Italian, basic English knowledge.
