HARDWARE ENGINEER
Azcom Technology, an engineering services company, offers the opportunity to join a highly skilled and motivated Hardware Team focused on designing high-complexity electronic boards and systems of international relevance.
As a Hardware Engineer, you will be involved in the design and testing of digital and analog hardware for wireless, space, automotive, motorsport, and industrial products, specifically handling:
- Drafting technical specifications
- Design, integration, verification, and testing of boards and devices
- Schematics, PCB design, and hardware bring-up
- Product testing and certification support
- Basic FPGA design and VHDL code development
Who are we looking for? We are looking for Engineers with a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering and 2 years of professional experience. Requirements include:
- Experience in the design and testing of electronic boards
- Experience in PCB design, signal integrity, and power integrity
- Knowledge of measurement instrumentation (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer, multimeter, etc.)
- Familiarity with the Cadence development environment (OrCAD, Allegro PCB) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of FPGA, particularly Zynq, and VHDL code development
Typical projects the HW group works on:
- Development of radio systems for 5G wireless technology and “point-to-point”
- Development of embedded systems for space applications
- Development in the automotive and motorsport sectors
