General Description
We are looking for an average experienced drafter with passion and desire to learn to join our team of experts in the heat exchanger industry. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of mechanical design principles, be very efficient in 3D technical drawing tools such as SOLIDWORKS, SOLID EDGE, INVENTOR, AUTOCAD demonstrating a steady and considerable learning curve and possess a good level of English. A flexible figure who could adapt to the needs of various Designer teams between standard or non-standard products as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design and develop custom finned pack heat exchangers project Create detailed technical drawings in 3D and exploded views of components. Create bill of material. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve design and manufacturing processes. Actively cooperate with other company departments and ensuring optimal communication with them by mainly supporting the Sales Department, Programming Department, Production Department, Purchasing Department and Logistics Department.
Work Experience & Education Requirements Professional Draftsman Certificate. Technical-Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required.
Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS. Ability to work at a high pace and deliver projects on time, coordinating with the team and the manager. Good level of English, both written and spoken. Excellent ability to work in a team, demonstrating cooperation and effective communication with colleagues. Knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.
