To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our fast-paced, international, and newly established office in Chiasso.
You Will
Manage clients' and suppliers' invoices, verifying their accuracy in our BeConcierge CRM and processing payments in a timely manner Establish payments through bank transfers,
ensuring adherence to payment schedules and terms Handle banking and card payment transactions on a monthly basis Prepare and draft monthly financial reports to support reporting and VAT claims Apply accounting principles and techniques to maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records Collaborate closely with the wider Finance team to resolve discrepancies efficiently and with precision You Are Fluent in English; good knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (or a related field) Experienced, with at least 6-12 months in an accounting role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel Highly detail-oriented, with strong knowledge of accounting techniques and principles Organized and deadline-driven, with a high sense of responsibility for managing multiple tasks Confident working under pressure, with strong interpersonal and team-working skills Based in or around Chiasso (this is a fully in-office position) We Offer A starting salary of CHF 43,500 gross per year, plus performance-based incentives The opportunity to grow within a dynamic, multicultural and innovative environment Deep, 360° exposure to accounting principles and practices across five European countries Location Requirement Candidates must already reside within a 20 km radius of Chiasso.
