We collaborate with major Italian players, from small businesses to large corporations, and are strengthening our market position through strategic investments in our people and a new innovation lab.Prodotti Gianni is a key player not only in the food sector but also in Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, offering exciting career development opportunities across multiple industries.Your Role:As a Food R&D; Intern, you will be part of our Food R&D; team and will lead, supported by our Raw Material Specialist, a scientific project aiming to improve internal knowledge about our key ingredients and their functionalities.Project proposal: Characterization of the functional properties of a specific ingredient type in systematic model matrices, followed by evaluation in complex application matricesPhase I – knowledge: Literature review, scientific state of the art on the topicPhase II – Systematic characterization: Analytical evaluations of micro & macro functionalitiesPhase III – Application study: Testing observations in complex matrices (food products)Who You Are:We're looking for a passionate,
