The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing and controlling the financial activities of the company's portfolio of subsidiaries. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives. Scopra se è il candidato/la candidata ideale leggendo la panoramica completa qui sotto. brKey Responsibilities brFinancial Reporting and Analysis brOversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for a portfolio of subsidiaries. brEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. brConduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. brBudgeting and Forecasting brLead the annual budgeting process for a portfolio of subsidiaries. brPrepare and review forecasts and variance analyses. brMonitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed. brFinancial Controls and Compliance brDevelop and maintain a robust internal control environment. brEnsure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations.
brConduct regular audits and implement recommendations for improvement. brLiaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies brQualifications brBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/CFA is preferred. brProven experience as a Controller or similar finance role, ideally within the logistics or project logistics industry. brIn-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices. brExperience in managing financial consolidations and working with multiple multicultural environments. brSkills and Competencies brStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. brGood communication and interpersonal abilities. brProficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel. brHigh attention to detail and organizational skills. brAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. brExperience brMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a controlling role. brExperience in the logistics or project logistics industry is highly desirable. brProven track record of implementing financial controls and improving financial performance. brAdditional Requirements brWillingness to travel to subsidiary locations as needed. xrdbqlu brEnglish language mandatory, French language is a plus. brLocation brMilan (east zone)
