Role Description
The National Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Milano, focused on managing and growing key national retail and operator accounts for Huawei Consumer Business Group. This role oversees account planning, sales forecasting, and performance analysis to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets. Day-to-day activities include negotiating commercial terms, coordinating product launches, and collaborating with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution. The National Account Manager maintains strong relationships with customer stakeholders, monitors market trends and competitor activities,
and identifies new business opportunities. The role also involves preparing regular reports, presenting business reviews, and ensuring alignment with Huawei’s brand, compliance standards, and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in national or key account management within consumer electronics, with a strong record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Skills in strategic account planning, contract negotiation, and relationship management with major retail or operator partners.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights, translating findings into actionable plans and forecasts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
- Familiarity with consumer tech, smartphones, and digital ecosystems, and an interest in innovation and emerging market trends.
