**About the Role**
The role is designed for a motivated individual with a strong interest in data analysis and business performance, who is willing to build solid controlling skills through a structured growth path and continuous, direct interaction with the Finance Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting controlling activities and periodic reporting;
- Preparing analyses on costs, margins, and economic performance;
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes;
- Collaborating with different business departments to collect and validate data;
- Verifying the consistency,



completeness, and reliability of the information used;
- Supporting process standardization and continuous improvement of analytical tools;
- Gradually taking autonomous ownership of assigned activities, according to shared priorities and methodologies. **What You Need to Be Successful**
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering;
- Good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel);
- Good command of the English language;
- Problem-solving skills and good analytical and organizational abilities;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
