Overview In this role, you will help clients drive people-centred transformation through HR redesign and performance, learning, and talent initiatives. You will work on major transformation projects for Italian and international clients, partnering with senior management. You will design solutions to improve employee experience and lead change management to embed new ways of working. You will monitor outcomes and close gaps, contributing to a dynamic, inclusive advisory environment.

Responsabilità
- Design solutions and models to improve the employee experience
- Lead HR operating model redesigns to enhance HR services and employee satisfaction
- Redefine talent management, performance management, and learning & development models
- Lead organizational redesign and process re-engineering via change management initiatives
- Provide tools for implementing changes (assessments, skills mapping, impact analysis, mitigation actions, communications)
- Assess impacts and monitor post-transformation performance, planning improvements
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in Management and Production Engineering or Business Administration
- 2–4 years of experience in People & Change projects, preferably in a consulting firm
- Leadership abilities in coordinating teams and client management
- Excellent English, with study/work abroad preferred
