/lilistrongTeam Management: /strong Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
/lilistrongStrategic Planning: /strong Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive overall performance.
/lilistrongStakeholder Collaboration: /strong Work closely with key stakeholders across FB, commercial, and rooms management to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
/lilistrongQuality Assurance: /strong Ensure compliance with brand standards and continuously identify opportunities for service improvement.

/liliStrong background in FB, commercial operations, and rooms management.
/liliExcellent leadership and team-building skills with a proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
/liliFluent in both English and Italian.
/liliDemonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
/liliExperience with prestigious international brands is highly desirable.
