The role typically involves projects of an international scope and supports decision-making at senior management, Investment Committee, and Board of Directors levels. /p pb Main Responsibilities /b /pulli Lead and coordinate MA projects nationally and internationally, from scouting to execution and completion. /lili Oversee the execution of Due Diligence (DD) processes across financial, legal, tax, accounting, and technical aspects. /lili Identify and evaluate potential MA opportunities, in line with Mundys long term strategy. /lili Drive financial Due Diligence with a focus on accounting, tax, and financial drivers. /lili Participate in and challenge legal, commercial, and technical DD analyses. /lili Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Tax, Accounting, Asset Management) throughout project phases. /lili Coordinate with external stakeholders, including investment banks and partners (equity and debt).
/lili Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations to senior management, shareholders, and committees, summarizing key insights to support strategic decision-making. /lili Guide and mentor junior team members on: /li /ul olli Business plan development and financial modeling for MA projects; /lili Valuation exercise; /lili Understanding the tax, accounting, and financing implications of transactions. /li /ol ulli Collaborate with the Legal team on transaction documentation (e.g., SPA, SHA). /lili Support the structuring of capital, rating analysis, and assessment of accretion/dilution impacts alongside Finance and Rating teams. /li /ul pb Relevant Experience /b /pulli Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial advisory services, preferably within investment banking or corporate MA roles. Although preferred, no industry specialization required. /lili Proven experience in international projects and environments; in-depth knowledge of MA processes, due diligence, valuation, and negotiation. /li /ul pb Key Competences /b /pulli Degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent fields. /lili Excellent knowledge of the English language.
