Since 2018, Agap2 Italia has been operating across the Italian market in the following sectors: Energy, OilGas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation, Construction. brABOUT THE ROLE – Project Service Manager brWe are looking for a Project Service Manager with proven experience in managing project support and project control functions within complex OilGas projects . brReporting to the Project General Manager, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating project services including cost control, planning and scheduling, document control, procurement support, logistics and project administration. The role will act as a key interface between the technical project team, corporate functions, contractors and the Client, ensuring effective project execution in terms of cost, schedule, compliance and operational requirements. brCoordinate project service activities across engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning phases. brManage and coordinate project services teams covering cost control, planning, document control, logistics and procurement support. brDevelop and maintain the Project Services Execution Plan in line with project and Client requirements. brOversee project cost control, budget monitoring, forecasting and variance analysis. brSupervise project planning and scheduling activities, ensuring integration of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning schedules.



brCoordinate subcontractor schedules and monitor overall project progress against the approved baseline. brSupport procurement and contract management activities, monitoring material, equipment and service deliveries. brCoordinate the mobilization and demobilization of personnel, materials and equipment for onshore and offshore activities. brOversee marine logistics, transportation and offshore service planning, including vessel scheduling and SIMOPS requirements. brEnsure effective document control and compliance with contractual document submission requirements. brMonitor project cost and schedule performance and identify risks, deviations and corrective actions. brPrepare and coordinate weekly and monthly project service reports for management and the Client. brEnsure project service activities comply with project procedures, contractual requirements, HSE standards and applicable regulations. brAct as a key interface between the Project General Manager, project disciplines, contractors, vendors and corporate support functions. brBachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university. brAt least 15 years of professional experience in Project Services, Project Controls or similar roles after obtaining the university degree. brProven experience in OilGas, EPC/EPCIC or complex industrial projects.



brStrong knowledge of project controls, including cost control, planning, scheduling and progress monitoring. brExperience coordinating multidisciplinary project support teams. brSolid understanding of procurement, contracts, logistics and document control processes. brExperience with offshore project execution, marine logistics and SIMOPS requirements is highly desirable. brAbility to work effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced project environments. brExcellent spoken and written English, including proven ability to prepare and present technical and management reports. brThe position is governed by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector applied by our company. brThe final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria. brAGAP2 is an equal opportunities employer: we believe that all forms of diversity are a source of mutual enrichment.
