Overview
In this role you protect the company's global security posture by aligning IT and OT with a robust cyber program. You will contribute to strategy, design and deployment of secure architectures, and drive compliance across manufacturing operations. You'll work with cross-functional teams to secure plant networks, manage incidents, and foster a security-minded culture. This position offers impact at scale in a multinational manufacturing context and the opportunity to shape Cyber Security in a complex, industrial environment.

Responsabilità
Support the execution of the Cyber Security Strategy and global projects
Design and implement secure solutions (e.g., Zero-Trust, IAM)
Evaluate new cyber technologies to strengthen defense
Collaborate with OT teams to secure plant floor networks and assets
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across infrastructure, apps, and OT




Ensure compliance with international regulations and industry standards
Define and update internal cyber security policies and procedures
Coordinate cyber security incidents management and response
Oversee Security Operations Center activities
Promote cyber security training and awareness across the organization
Provide guidance on best practices to IT, OT, development and business teams
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Minimum 6 years in a dedicated cyber security role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
Deep knowledge of cyber security protocols and tools (e.g., IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR)
Familiarity with cloud security principles
OT security knowledge including ISA/IEC ***** and securing SCADA/DCS environments
Familiarity with frameworks like NIST
Preferred certifications: ISO/IEC *****, CISM, GICSP
