ResponsabilitàDefine the technical strategy for the Consumer Wealth domain and architect complex subsystems.
Design and build scalable backend systems addressing wealth and savings features.
Drive cross-organizational alignment and champion the technical vision.
Develop future engineering leaders and promote high-quality practices.
Contribute to the Consumer Wealth back-end infrastructure (Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, AWS).
Requisiti fondamentaliAt least 7 years in back-end software engineering in product-based companies.
Proven experience architecting, building, and maintaining microservices and cloud environments.
Deep Java experience with a strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS is a plus).
Interest in financial products and wealth management systems.
Structured, persuasive communication and ability to build cross-organizational trust.
Thought leadership and ability to drive technical vision.
Passion for FinTech or startup environments; English fluency.
