Role Overview
Join an international team in Lisbon and support customers through outbound contact.
You will receive full relocation assistance, structured onboarding, and access to cultural and social activities designed for international employees.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers and provide clear information and support.
Manage interactions via phone, email or chat.
Ensure a consistent and high?quality customer experience.
Initial Training
Training period:1 to 4 weeks.
Training compensation: approximately50% of base salary.
First payment issued withinone monthafter contract signature.
Working Conditions
On?site work inLisbon.
Relocation included:optional accommodation in fully equipped apartments ****** minutes from workplace).
Support with documentation, NIF, bank account and residence procedures.
Access to social, cultural and recreational activities (sports, workshops, events).
Health insurance provided after contract signature.
Salary Package
Monthly simulation (40h/week):
