We’re looking for a passionate “Service Technician" for our Team, based in our Suisio Italy site.
Activities:
Secure necessary actions in case non-conformities with the customer requirements have been detected.
Leading/guide repair and rework.
Coordinate with engineer and TM for Leading Kaizan/A4 with some tools.
Help checking welding quality during manufacturing process.
Responsible for training welders/welding-operators and related technical personnel according to welding engineer/TM arrangement.
To be involved for the specifications of the welding equipment and welding fixture/tools.
Participation in following up the calibration of the welding equipment/meter to meet different production code requirement. Such as GB/ASME.
Supporting welding engineer for new welding technology import and development, WPS/PQR etc.
Execute production work according to ALPS standard and participate in continuously improvement.
Competences:
Technical and Specific Skills
Diagnostics and Repair: Knowledge of flange techniques, retightening, non-destructive testing (NDT), replacement of tube bundles or gaskets, and hydraulic testing procedures.
