The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the EPC Contractor’s execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedule, HSE and quality requirements, while protecting the Client’s interests from a PMS perspective. /p pb Work location: /b /pp Milan /p pb Main responsibilities: /b /pulli Monitor and oversee the EPC Contractor’s construction execution plan, method statements and work packs. /lili Ensure construction activities are aligned with the approved project schedule and milestones. /lili Support constructability reviews during design and engineering phases. /lili Monitor construction progress, identify delays and deviations, and propose corrective and recovery actions. /lili Ensure compliance with project HSE procedures, international standards and applicable regulations. /lili Monitor field safety performance and participate in safety walks and audits. /lili Oversee the implementation of Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). /lili Review NCRs, corrective actions and lessons learned,
ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings and applicable codes. /lili Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations teams. /lili Manage interfaces between onshore/offshore activities, subcontractors, vendors and third parties. /lili Monitor contractual compliance, scope changes and variation orders, providing construction input for claims and contractual correspondence. /lili Review EPC Contractor daily and weekly progress reports and prepare PMS reporting for the Client. /lili Ensure construction records, red-marked drawings and as-built documentation are properly updated and submitted. /li /ul pb Requirements: /b /pulli Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. /lili Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within EPC projects. /lili Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary construction activities, including civil, structural, piping, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works. /lili Strong knowledge of construction management, project execution and contractor management. /lili Excellent knowledge of international codes, standards and construction practices. /lili Good understanding of HSE and QA/QC requirements within EPC projects.
