Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
Develop sales for mixing and industrial sealing technologies
Build relationships with technical and purchasing stakeholders in process industries
Collaborate with Italian and European teams to identify cross-selling opportunities
Coordinate customer visits and BD activities across assigned markets
Requisiti fondamentaliAt least 5 years in Technical Sales or Business Development within industrial B2B markets
Proven hunter mentality with ability to generate leads and acquire new customers
Strong technical aptitude and experience in process industries
Fluent English (C1)
Willingness to travel up to ~70%
