brEnsure compliance with local statutory requirements and Sunstar policies, coordinating with outsourced accounting providers, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities. brStrengthen financial governance, internal controls, and risk management processes to safeguard company assets and support sustainable business growth. brLead finance-related transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging systems and digital tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, BI solutions) to improve efficiency, reporting quality, and business insights. brManage and develop the local finance team, fostering a high-performance culture, building capabilities, and ensuring business continuity. brContribute as a member of the local leadership team, supporting broader organizational initiatives and sharing responsibility for selected administrative or operational matters typical of a lean and agile business environment. brUniversity degree with specialization in Finance / Accounting (essential)brBusiness fluent in English (both writing and speaking) (essential); French and other European languages are a plus brMS Office (particularly Excel), ERP (SAP preferably), CRM, and BI tools brExperience br~8+ years' experience in Finance, including FPA, controlling, and business partnering br~ Experience supporting commercial, sales, and marketing organizations br~ FMCG or other fast-paced commercial environment experience br~ Experience influencing business decisions through financial analysis and recommendations br~ Experience in international, matrix organizations br~ Leadership experience managing teams and transformation initiatives br~ Exposure to customer service, logistics, or HR is an advantage brbrStrong finance business partnering and commercial acumen brExpertise in FPA, financial modelling, and performance management brAbility to translate financial data into actionable insights
