With a rapidly growing presence across Europe, they are at the forefront of the clean energy transition and are seeking a talented legal and contracts professional to support their continued expansion. /p pb The Opportunity: /b /p p Joining a highly collaborative Legal Contracts team, you will play a key role in supporting major renewable energy projects across Italy and the wider EMEA region. Acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, you will help manage contractual risk while enabling commercial success across a portfolio of cutting-edge solar and energy storage projects. /p pb Key Responsibilities: /b /p ulli Negotiate, draft, and manage commercial contracts for renewable energy projects across Italy and EMEA /lili Support contract activities for Solar PV and Energy Storage business units /lili Review and prepare framework agreements, sales contracts, NDAs,
