Position
We are looking for a/a
digital transformation project management specialist
for our
IT Department.
The resource will be responsible for:
Ensure the governance and organization of IT projects, guaranteeing a constant overview of objectives, timelines, and resources;
Conduct requirements analysis and functional design, mapping AS-IS processes and formalizing new TO-BE workflows;
Break down projects into operational phases, defining critical milestones and deliverables, and monitoring progress;
Oversee the technical implementation phases, acting as a facilitator between the development team and business stakeholders;
Coordinate the execution of User Acceptance Tests (UAT) by users, identifying and reporting any non-conformities or deviations from requirements;
Manage communication with stakeholders and the project team, providing timely updates and drafting technical and functional documentation to support the project.
Requirements
proven experience managing and coordinating complex IT projects, preferably in areas related to digital transformation;
proficiency in functional analysis methodologies and process modeling skills (BPMN or equivalent standards);
anowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and related monitoring tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar);
aptitude for data analysis and consolidation, with advanced knowledge of Excel;
good command of English;
results-oriented, excellent planning skills, and aptitude for teamwork.
