Overview In this role you drive complex logistics and planning improvements for manufacturing clients across Europe. You combine supply-chain expertise with financial and investment evaluation to deliver measurable performance gains. You will bridge strategic planning with hands-on execution, leading cross-functional efforts and coaching teams to embed sustainable changes.
You work closely with client and operational teams to implement S&OP; enhancements, performance governance, and data-driven decision making, with a clear impact on profitability and service levels.

Responsabilità
- Lead continuous-improvement projects focused on logistics performance (OTIF, WIP, cost reduction)
- Diagnose performance gaps and define targets and roadmaps
- Design and improve S&OP; processes, governance and planning routines
- Evaluate profitability and impact of logistics investments (hardware/software)
- Manage Logistics and Planning teams or lead consulting projects
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Production, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics and Finance
- Utilise planning data and legacy IT systems to support decisions and performance management
- Understand and apply the functional use of key IT systems supporting Planning
- Facilitate structured problem solving, workshops and reviews
- Coach and develop junior team members in analytical methods and stakeholder management
- Prepare business cases, executive recommendations, and implementation progress updates
- Ensure improvements are embedded into management routines and operating standards
Requisiti fondamentali
- 4–6 years of professional experience in manufacturing or operations consulting
- Proven experience delivering logistics improvement projects (OTIF, WIP, cost reduction)
- Strong knowledge of S&OP; principles, processes and governance
- Ability to perform profitability analyses for logistics investments
- Experience managing Logistics and/or Planning teams or leading consulting projects
- Knowledge of functional IT systems supporting Planning
- Strong understanding of planning, warehouse, internal logistics and supply-chain performance management
- Ability to connect operational, tech and financial perspectives to define priorities
- Leadership, communication and collaborative approach
- Curiosity to quickly understand new technologies and environments
- English proficiency at least C1
