Together we have the goal: to make dairy farming interesting for the next generation. /p pstrong Job Description /strong /p p As a Technical Service Support for Milking, you will be the technical expert for our automatic milking robots. Your role is to support our Lely Centers in delivering excellent technical service, developing their expertise and ensuring our solutions perform at their best. By working closely with technicians, customers and Lely International, you will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services. /p pstrong What will you do? /strong /p ulli Provide second-line technical support to Lely Center technicians by resolving complex technical issues through phone, remote support and ticket management. /lili Deliver technical training courses and hands-on workshops to help Lely Center technicians develop their knowledge and skills. /lili Support the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of Lely milking robots and herd management software when additional technical expertise is required. /lili Visit farms to perform technical audits,
validate solutions in the field and support technicians during critical interventions. /lili Test and validate new products, features and technical solutions, providing structured feedback to Lely International to support continuous improvement. /lili Share technical knowledge and best practices across the network of Lely Centers. /lili You monthly participate in the hotline (24/7), providing technical support to the field technicians. /lili Occasionally travel to the Lely Campus in the Netherlands or to other Clusters for training, meetings and international projects. /li /ul pstrong We would like you to apply if you: /strong /p ulli Hold a b Technical Diploma /b in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science or a related field, with at least 2–3 years of experience in a technical service or engineering role, b or /b b hold a Bachelor's degree /b in a relevant technical discipline where prior work experience is not required. /lili Have a good understanding of electrical principles and troubleshooting. /lili Speak and write fluent English. /lili Enjoy working with both hardware and software technologies. /lili Are familiar with digital tools and diagnostic applications. /lili Basic knowledge of a programming language is considered a plus. /lili Knowledge of the agricultural sector or dairy farming is an advantage, u but not essential /u . /li /ul pstrong Furthermore, you are:
