The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, Active Workspace, CAD integrations, and PLM solution architecture. This role requires a strong technical leader capable of driving end-to-end PLM implementations, solution design, integrations, and support for global engineering and manufacturing organizations. /pp The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative Siemens PLM solutions that support digital transformation initiatives. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /p ulli Lead the design, development, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. /lili Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. /lili Architect and customize Teamcenter environments, workflows, business objects, and data models. /lili Develop and support integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise systems such as SAP, ERP, MES, and CAD applications. /lili Configure and customize Active Workspace (AWC) and related Siemens PLM modules. /lili Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams. /lili Conduct solution reviews, technical assessments, and performance optimization activities. /lili Ensure compliance with PLM governance, security, and data management standards. /lili Support system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and environment management. /lili Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality PLM solutions aligned with business goals. /lili Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis.
